She studied Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy and previously worked as a Market Research Analyst before launching her first freight dispatching business as a solopreneur. Although that initial venture didn’t succeed, Kayla chose to learn from her mistakes rather than quit. Her persistence paid off, leading to consistent income and a renewed passion for helping others succeed in the industry.
Her debut book, Freight Dispatcher Training, breaks down the lessons she learned the hard way, helping readers avoid costly errors and build a profitable dispatching business from home.
